I've finished off The Hounds of Baskerville, as well as the Red Headed League.
I really do like Sherlock Holmes books. I'm still reading "Torment of Others"
After that, I'd like to read Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold. There's also a book called Border Guards, and it's written by someone from Kingston area and the book is set in the Thousand islands.

Another great Kingston book is called "Convict Lover". It is real letters exchanged between a Kingston Penn. inmate and a city girl back in the early 1900's. Someone found them in their attic about 10 years ago. It is just the letters from the inmate mixed with history and very interesting facts about the prison. Then after you read if, you should go to the prison museum across the street from Kingston Penn (it's free!).
Yah I saw that at Indigo and wanted to buy it :)
I agree--don't read Lovely Bones . . .depressing.
